Xian city, Shaanxi Province ~~ civilisation at last. We had a good shower and scrub to wash off our tiredness and fear. Finally we could sleep at peace without fear of any negative element out in the open which could devour us and threaten our very existence.
Our experience on the way to Xian did remind us to appreciate the good and simple things in life. We are so blessed!!When we arrived, Xian suddenly became "heaven" on earth where we could get our well-deserved cup of fresh hot brewing coffee ~~made us marvelled at the very convenience of modern day........
The highlight of our visit to Xian is to see The Terra Cotta Army, the 8th Wonder of the World!!The old man in the picture is the only living person who first dug
out this site.....
